About

For a long time, indoor allergy symptoms can look like something else. A blocked nose, morning coughing, tired sleep, or constant irritation are easy to blame on colds, dry air, or stress. In many cases, the real cause may be ongoing exposure to allergens inside the home, such as dust mites.

That is often where the problem starts. It is also where many people begin looking for practical ways to reduce exposure.

Purforta is built around that idea. The goal is to make allergy-related home products easier to understand, easier to compare, and easier to use correctly. The focus is not on exaggerated claims. It is on useful information, clear product standards, and practical steps that may help reduce everyday exposure to common indoor allergens.

What we do

We focus on products that can support a lower-allergen home environment and on explaining them in plain language.

Current focus

  • Barrier encasings for mattresses, pillows, and duvets, with attention to fabric quality, certification, and correct sizing.
  • Cleaner air through compact air purifiers and genuine HEPA filters for bedrooms and smaller rooms.
  • Low-irritant basics such as fragrance-free skincare, gentle detergents, and hypoallergenic textiles.
  • Useful extras such as pillow protectors, mattress toppers, laundry additives, and storage solutions.

How we choose

  • Evidence before hype. We look at product details that actually matter, such as fabric pore size, filtration specifications, recognized standards like OEKO-TEX, and overall brand reliability.
  • Correct fit matters. Many allergy products work properly only when sizing is right. That includes standard European sizes as well as less common mattress heights.
  • Tested before added. Products are reviewed carefully, often in small batches first, before being included. Guidance is written in simple language in the Knowledge Center.

Fair pricing

The aim is to keep pricing reasonable and avoid unnecessary extras. When better supply or higher volume allows lower pricing, that should be reflected.

Who this is for

People who wake up congested or notice symptoms that seem worse indoors.

People who want clear, practical steps to make the bedroom and home easier to live in.

People who prefer straightforward information over vague promises.

A quick note

Purforta does not diagnose or treat disease. Its role is to help people understand ways to reduce allergen exposure at home and choose products more clearly. For diagnosis, testing, or treatment, a doctor or allergist should always be the right source.
